At Shop Bluesky, we are committed to giving you the best customer service. Most importantly, your feedback helps us improve on it and thus, we have created this interface to improve your user experience. Some of the frequently asked questions are:

Is Shipping Free?

Yes. All our customers enjoy free shipping on all orders, and all orders are dispatched carefully and organised.

How Long Does It Take to Ship?

The duration generally depends on your location. We dispatch orders within two to five working days from when your orders were processed and send you a confirmation email.

All orders are sent out from our warehouses and would take at least five working days to reach delivery locations. You can study our delivery schedule based on the country below.

  • United States – takes about five to eleven working days.
  • Australia and the United Kingdom – takes about five to ten business days.
  • Canada – takes as long as twelve to twenty-five working days.

For all other countries globally, the delivery may take as long as twelve to thirty business days. However, the above is merely an estimation because we hasten our process of deliveries and avoid unnecessary delays.

Nonetheless, some circumstances may be beyond our control because the delivery time combines the processing period and shipping time. 

How Can I Track My Order?

Once your orders are sent out, we will notify you of your tracking number, which you can use to track your goods through the Menu link. Your tracking number is the number assigned to your orders and required alongside your email address solely for your tracking purpose.

Why My Orders Are Not Complete

Our warehouses are located abroad from where orders are sent out. Therefore, orders may be sent out in different batches. Kindly be patient with us and confirm delivery within the next ten days.

If your orders do not arrive within the appropriate shipping date, please contact us through any details provided below. We are deeply sorry for any inconveniences.

Can I Make Corrections to My Orders?

Yes, you can. However, you may need to communicate any change or alteration to us before orders are sent out. We are happy and willing to help you out.

Note that if orders have already been shipped, we can no longer make any changes.

Can I Cancel My Order?

You may cancel your orders before they are sent out for delivery. We accept returns or applications for exchange if you are dissatisfied with any of our goods; so far, they are in safe conditions.

We refund you for returns made, although only after the goods have been checked and confirmed to be in excellent condition.

What Is the Accepted Payment Currency?

 We transact using the US Dollar. However, you may pay equivalent value in your currency through a credit card or international payments platforms.

Our website has the currency selector feature. This feature allows you to convert from USD to other currency value.

Are Prices Tax Inclusive?

While shipping is free on all orders, taxes imposed by customs are liabilities of the recipients.
